Great service. Been a user for 4 months now. Speeds are very good. The plans are also reasonably charged. I was a Airtel user and have no complains switching. There were a couple of very brief outages, but all of them got resolved within a few minutes. Customer service has been very responsive too.The upload speeds are high too, almost the same as download speed.

Two months ago I have installed this broadband and was highly satisfied with its performance. It is a good broadband service which provides fiber internet service with dedicated fiber network. Speed is 60mbps for a 100mbps connection but it is still great as there are very few fiber optic broadband providers as of date. I get better speed with this Broadband. Upload speed is exceptional with Ficus.
